Optionally, you may apply multipliers when using certain keyboard commands or mouse commands.
Holding down Multiplier keys multiplies the requested command action by corresponding values.
[MULT] ...means "Use optional multipliers".
The following multiplier keys are used on Windows computers:
[CTR] key multiplies by 10.
[SHI] key multiplies by 100.
[CTR] + [SHI] keys together multiply by 1000.
EXAMPLE: When a data table has the keyboard command focus on Windows computers, holding down [SHI] key while typing [UP] key, moves the current table selection 100 elements upwards.
The following multiplier keys are used on Mac OS computers:
[CTR] key multiplies by 10.
[ALT] key multiplies by 100.
[CTR] + [ALT] keys together multiply by 1000.
EXAMPLE: When a Graph window has set the keyboard command focus on "W1" on Mac OS computers, holding down [ALT] key while typing [->] key, moves the Graph Window 100 pixels to the right.
